ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Achieve or exceed annual sales goals as outlined in the compensation plan. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional communication and satisfaction. - Lead regular business reviews with partners to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive results. - Support partners throughout the sales cycle, including customer visits, virtual meetings, demonstrations, proposals, and pricing negotiations. - Manage territory or account performance to meet sales and margin objectives. - Coordinate closely with internal departments to align resources and deliver best-in-class service. - Maintain accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts and related documentation. - Travel frequently within the assigned territory; a valid driver's license and full-coverage automobile insurance are required. QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a strong technical background and a proven record of success selling automation or robotics systems in a dynamic, customer-driven environment.
