Job description
What We're Looking For This role will support the mission of the University by qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors and prospects for major gifts in support of Baylor University, focused on support for the Honors College. A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience are required. A master's degree and seven years of relevant experience are preferred. A hybrid work arrangement will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A valid US Driver License with a clear driving record of at least two years is required. Must be able to travel outside of the state of Texas. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. What You Will Do: - Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of donors and prospects for major gifts to Baylor, especially for their respective colleges and units - Travel to and participate in donor events as well as other donor engagement opportunities - some outside of standard hours of operation - With the leadership of the Assistant VP and Assoc.
