SUMMARY: In their deployable role, the Senior Field Provider is primarily responsible for the management of emergent and non-emergency medical care at worksites as designated by the client or content of the scope of work (SOW) when deployed; the sites may include drilling rigs, hazardous construction sites and areas of high workforce density. The Senior Field Provider is responsible for the provision of primary and emergency care to client employees, contractors, and sub-contractor personnel at the relevant worksite location or the defined area of responsibility. In addition to providing routine medical services and responding to emergencies the Senior Field Provider performs safety checks and evaluations of the necessary medical gear and equipment required to perform the job. In their corporate role, they will be supporting the Clinical Operations team in quality assurance and direct support to field clinical staff. They will be an advanced healthcare provider with experience in remote or austere environments that can think critically, solve problems and uphold the core values of RMI in the performance of their duties.
