Overview Milton CAT is looking for entrepreneurial independent-minded sales leaders to effectively “run their own business” and join our rapidly growing team. If you have a passion for heavy equipment and for the opportunity to sell an iconic brand of the highest quality and best supported products in the industry, we look forward to hearing from you. Starting Compensation Range: $70,000-$100,000; base plus commission structure based on performance. Outside Sales Representatives typically earn within the stated range for year one, but typically have unlimited earning potential each year.
