Description The Senior Paralegal performs a variety of specialized, articulate, and administrative support duties for multiple Attorney’s and manages the clerical operations of complex prelitigation personal injury cases. Position Responsibilities: - Case Management - Investigation of all insurance coverages available to the client - Obtaining, reviewing, and organizing medical records to complete a treatment outline - Preparing, calculating, and maintaining damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage - Logging daily mail and drafting any correspondence necessary in the day-to-day case management - Preparation of file for litigation transfer when necessary - Submissions - Preparing and forwarding medical specials to insurance carriers with demand summary - Meeting and exceeding goals set - Communication - corresponding with clients, Attorney and insurance adjusters regarding case status - Consistent client contacts - Weekly reports - Monthly team meetings - Maintain professional interactions, internally and externally Education: · High School Diploma/ GED required · Three to five years’ relevant work experience preferred · Prefer Bachelor’s degree a...
