Winpak Heat Seal is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Pekin, Illinois. This is a high-impact HR leadership opportunity for a consultative, business-minded HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, strengthening employee engagement, and helping shape the employee experience in a manufacturing environment. This role presents an opportunity to shape and guide the human resources function and participate in Winpak wide talent initiatives In this newly created role, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HRBP will collaborate closely with Centers of Expertise (CoE) while supporting key HR initiatives across employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, engagement, safety, talent acquisition, and HR operations. This role will help deliver “An Exceptional OneWinpak experience — Helping our people succeed professionally and personally” by aligning people strategies with business priorities and supporting a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
