Primary Function: Serve as the main point of contact for resolution of customer debits, deductions, proof of performance rebates,product returns/issues and all credit and debit management. Demonstrated ability to professionally interact using Zoom, MS Teams, phone, email with customers, sales representatives, regional sales managers, and internal departments to provide or obtain resolution of orders and billing issues for internal and external customers as well as implementing special requests.
