City : Oakville State : Ontario (CA-ON) Country : Canada (CA) Requisition Number : 44038 A Day in the Life: Lead and execute comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs at the Bunge plant, providing expert technical guidance and fostering a robust safety-first culture. This role is critical in preventing serious injuries, fatalities, and environmental incidents, while ensuring strict compliance with all applicable EHS regulations What You’ll Be Doing: - EHS Program Development & Management: Implement, maintain, and continuously update Bunge's EHS standards and programs. Drive a "Best-in-Class" EHS performance with a dedicated focus on eliminating Serious Injuries & Fatalities (SIF), High-Potential Exposures (HPE) such as confined space, Lockout/Tagout, electrical safety, and mobile equipment, as well as preventing environmental incidents and non-compliance events. - Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Monitor and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and permits to ensure full compliance with Bunge's global requirements and all local, state/provincial, and federal regulations.
