Managing safety, quality, on-time, cost initiatives with relevant KPI’s. Creating a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of the facility. SOP process management and documentation, inventory accuracy, receiving, production, shipping, pick pack as well as support functions of the Gurnee facility. This position requires strong communication, documentation, and follow-through. Experience in manufacturing, inventory control/cycle counting, inventory audits, and associate development are required.
