Job description

Shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wed from 6pm-6am Primary Function: The Lumper will be required to move product with a pallet jack within or near work site. The Lumper will provide timely feedback to Management on performance and procedure issues. Must always follow company policies and safety guidelines always. Primary Responsibilities: - Ensure that all emergency exit doors and fire extinguishers are free and clear of debris and/or obstructions. - This position requires flexibility to work in various assigned work areas. - Reports to and assist the shipping and inventory departments as needed for various duties. - Report to and assist management with any issues that may be observed on the dock such as GMP, food safety, or unsafe product staging concerns. - Prompt stacking / lumping / rebuilding of product pallets / boxes. - Identify and escalate any pallets that visibly do not meet Mastronardi Specifications (crushed, leaning, damaged, or any visible p...
