The pay for this position starts at $22.00/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $25.58/hour. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Devereux - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position will work with the Devon House group home located in Fitchburg, MA. Devereux's Devon House program serves co-ed individuals aged 14 to 21 with ASD and IDD, most of whom are non-verbal.
