The Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) Specialist supports the M&D Reliability team by serving as a technical expert in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance technologies. This role works closely with stations and regional teams in the Midwest to diagnose equipment health, resolve complex reliability issues, and advance CBM program maturity across the fleet.
