In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Structuring, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of vendor agreements, with a particular focus on market data and technology‑related contracts. - Acting as a key legal advisor on BNY’s market data strategy, partnering with stakeholders across the business, Legal, and sourcing teams to help shape and support strategic direction. - Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support governance, sourcing, and risk management activities in connection with market data procurement and other vendor relationships. - Keeping up to date with developments in market data licensing practices, regulatory expectations, and industry trends, and assisting with corresponding updates to documentation, processes, and approaches.
