Job description

As a Technical Writer, you will be required to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience. This role works closely with various departments to translate technical concepts into accessible content. Location: 160 Consolidated Drive, Paris, ON Dedicated Day Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday Job Duties: - Create documentation for technical and non-technical audiences (including user manuals, service manuals, and technical training materials) ensuring that documentation is consistent, professional, and technically accurate - Collaborate with engineers, developers, product managers, and others stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy - Create hydraulic and electrical circuit schematics and diagrams using existing engineering drawings - Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and products to provide accurate and relevant content - Implement user feedback to improve documentation and user experience Skills and Experience: - Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into user-friendly documentation that is clear and concise. - Ability to conduct thorough...
