Overview Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and supporting teams to reach their highest potential? In this role, you’ll blend analytical expertise with exceptional service skills to identify process gaps, streamline work-flows and help implement productivity solutions that allow teams to operate at their highest potential across the Northwest region. This position is an in-person position. What You’ll Do: - Enhance the franchisee experience by supporting entry and exit processes and ensuring operational accuracy. - Assist with on-boarding, training, and system access for new associates. - Align regional forecasting and scheduling to boost coverage and productivity. - Train teams on productivity tools, dashboards, and scheduling best practices. - Monitor expense reports for accuracy and compliance. - Analyze regional metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with management to turn data into actionable strategies. - Maintain systems with automated work-flows and apply RCI practices in daily work.
