Job Description: Ensures case management, reporting, and service delivery meet funder requirements and internal quality standards. - Conduct internal file audits and quality checks. - Identify gaps and recommend process improvements. - Assist with preparation for state and federal audits. - Document findings and follow up on corrective actions. - Train staff on compliance protocols. Required: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business, or related field, or 2+ years of compliance, auditing, or case management experience, or combination thereof.
