Position Overview: The BDC Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Internet Sales/BDC team across the dealership group. This role plays a critical part in driving sales growth by managing inbound leads, optimizing processes, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations. This is a highly accountable, performance-driven position that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
