We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support the Commercial Segment who consider themselves contracts specialists. This position supports the end-to-end drafting, review, administration, and lifecycle management of commercial contracts across the organization’s segment. This role is intended for an experienced Paralegal or Contract Administrator and is not a licensed attorney position. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant with company policies, and properly executed, tracked, and maintained within the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
