Job Summary: mPulse is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across our web-based applications. This role is responsible for guiding a team of QA engineers, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and driving testing strategy across new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and QA leadership to ensure efficient and effective testing processes while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
