Hours : 2nd Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm Pay : $22.24 + $2.00 Shift differential + $2.00 Lead differential = $26.24 What Will You Do?: In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for: - Assists supervisor with training of new employees, including reading and interpreting Exmark blueprints, clean up and care of weld equipment and weld booth, and in use of jigs and weld fixtures and welding methods. - Carries out a first-piece inspection at the beginning of and midway through the shift. - Assists welders with questions regarding weld equipment. - Periodically checks for quality (splatter, porosity, etc.) as directed by supervisor. - Helps out wherever needed to keep things moving. - Substitutes for absent employees in a work cell or booth.
