The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and control systems design, with hands-on experience in control panel design and creation. This role will lead design efforts, support engineering standards, and ensure quality and consistency across all panel builds. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Lead the design of control panels, including motor starters, VFDs, and auxiliary controls. - Develop and review schematics and layout drawings using AutoCAD and EPLAN software. - Specify components and create comprehensive bills of material for projects. - Serve as the primary engineering resource for the shop, supporting technicians and resolving design-related questions. - Perform and oversee quality checks on builds to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards. - Establish and maintain engineering standards, drawing practices, and documentation consistency. - Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and leadership to ensure successful project execution. - Identify and communicate design impro...
