About the role MUFG Retirement Solutions is seeking a Head of Technology, Administration Platforms to lead the strategy, delivery, and operation of our core internal technology platforms that underpin day‑to‑day business operations. This is a senior leadership role accountable for ensuring our administration platforms are resilient, secure, scalable, and fit for the future. You will define and execute the strategic roadmap for operating platforms, lead large‑scale modernisation initiatives, and ensure platforms meet regulatory, cyber security, and operational resilience requirements. Working closely with senior leaders across Operations, Cyber Security, Risk, Finance, and Transformation, you will play a critical role in lifting digital maturity and enabling sustainable business performance.
