Job DetailsJob Location: Center For Human Services - Stratford, CT 06615Position Summary The APRN/PA at the Center for Human Services (CHS) is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical care to individuals with substance use disorders, with a primary focus on Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) services and Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD). This role supports daily medical operations through the timely completion of admissions, transfers, annual medical evaluations, and medication inductions, ensuring compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, DPH, CARF, and ASAM standards. The provider collaborates closely with nursing, counseling, and leadership teams to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered care. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM -12:30 PM (30 hours/week) Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for: New admissions Transfers between programs Annual physical examinations New employees Evaluate and diagnose substance use and co-occurring medical conditions Initiate and manage MOUD, including: Methadone inductions and titration Buprenorphine (Suboxone/Sublocade) initiation and maintenance Coordination for extended-release fo...
