Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high‑touch candidate and new‑hire experience from first interaction through onboarding. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role serves as an operational backbone of the recruiting process – supporting scheduling, maintaining real‑time accuracy across recruiting systems, and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring teams.
