We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist in West Lafayette, IN! In this role, you will coach employees and supervisors on various personnel topics, handle employee relations issues with utmost professionalism, manage initiatives/projects to improve processes and procedures, recruit and hire the best employee-owners, teach and train employees and supervisors on standard HR processes and complex behavioral topics, and provide exceptional customer service to those you support. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to Human Resources or related department within a corporate environment, with experience in performance management, coaching, disciplinary processes, hiring/recruiting, compensation, leave, benefits, and strategic HR.
