Overview The Server provides exceptional Royal Service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly. This role ensures a positive dining experience by addressing customer needs, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and collaborating with kitchen staff for accurate order delivery. As a representative of Castle Royal Service, he or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills. Responsibilities: (May include some or all of the following as applicable) - Greet residents promptly, make menu recommendations, repeat back orders for accuracy, deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, present check, collect funds for payment and make change quickly. - Follows local, state and federal health standards, and follows recipes designed by onsite F&B leadership. - Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the bar, dining room, walk-in coolers and all storage areas. - Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the onsite F&B leadership. - Hand wash and/or use of industrial dishwashers for glassware and other barware items. - Always follow sanitation policies Qualifications: To perform this...
