Job Description: Product Recovery & Improvement (PR&I) is committed to pursue and implement improvement to the original design taking into consideration the feedback coming from in-service experience, with the aim to enhance products reliability and Customer satisfaction. The resource will work supporting the PR&I CP in the role of PR&I analyst with competencies on Electrical Installation. It would be desirable, a person having already competencies in a Technical Disciplines department. Some experience with Maintenance disciplines and with fleets customers' needs would be a valuable skill. In addition, she/he will be, as PRI analyst, in charge of: 1. managing the analysis, the investigation, the proposal and the deployment of solutions to fix in-service failures and lacks of performance; 2. preparation of technical reports in support of the PR&I investigation; 3. preparation of technical documentation in support of Maintenance documentation tasks, being partner of Customer Support teams in ensuring the correct implementation into the Maintenance documentation.
