Student Account Manager

Job description

As a part of a diverse community of faculty and staff who represent many faith systems and worldviews, Marian University is seeking a Student Account Manager who will promote our Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by being responsible for assisting with student billing and accounts receivable management. This role includes extensive student and parent contact, customer service, third party billing and oversight, and management of the student refund process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Actively engage the Catholic Franciscan mission and identity of Marian University by modeling the Franciscan Sponsorship Values and honoring the legacy of the founding congregation through transformative education, unity in diversity, leadership through service, integrating faith and life, and institutional policies. - Prepares weekly student refunds and coordinates review with several teams. - Supports daily cash balancing and closing process. - Creates, submits and follows up on invoices to third party agencies including schools, non-profit organizations and federal and state governmental agencies who provide tuition support for their employees. - Processes and reconciles several...
