Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

Summary This position leads with our Safety Value and is responsible for supervising the Maintenance Technicians and performing/directing tasks that are scheduled by the Maintenance Manager. The duties include preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, proactive maintenance, training, team building, fabrication, scheduling, and 24-hour plant support. Continuously working to improve self, the facility, and processes in cooperation with all Washington Penn personnel. The position is considered a resource of technical information on all processes and systems. The Maintenance Supervisor position is critical in helping to organize and develop new strengths within the Maintenance Department.
