We are seeking a 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to support the House Supervisor in running our SIL homes and ensuring everything operates smoothly, safely, and in line with participant needs and NDIS standards. About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership role within a SIL home environment. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, guiding staff on shift, and ensuring participant care is delivered consistently and to a high standard. You will act as the go-to person on shift, helping maintain structure, accountability, and clear communication across the team. In the absence of the House Supervisor, you will step into a leadership capacity to ensure continuity of care and operations.
