Your role: As a Payroll Consultant, you will work on the design of global payroll processes, frameworks and solutions. Your focus will be on strategy, architecture and improvements — not operational payroll processing. You will support global transformation projects and collaborate with HR, Finance and Technology teams to build scalable and compliant payroll models. Your tasks Design and improve global payroll frameworks and process standards. Translate business needs into clear payroll design recommendations. Advise on compliance and regulatory considerations across regions. Support global transformation and system implementation projects.
