Technical Broking Lead CAR and Engineering Insurance

Job description

The Role As Technical Lead, you will: Define and drive the technical strategy for Construction All Risks (CAR) and Engineering insurance within Willis, the Corporate Risk Broking division of Willis Towers Watson (WTW); Manage a select portfolio of large and complex clients across sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure, heavy industry, and aviation; Assess risks, gather and analyse risk information, and ensure accurate documentation in our systems. Lead the development of proposals, RFPs, and other commercial documents; Ensure the accuracy of policies and contracts, overseeing renewals and safeguarding compliance with internal standards for this line of business; Place risks in both the Dutch co-insurance market and international markets, and overseeing facultative brokers for reinsurance solutions like collaborative fac or total market approaches.
