This position is fully accountable for completing residential work orders at our properties. This includes completing routine maintenance, heating, cooling, painting, carpentry, electricity, plumbing and more. Responsibilities: Complete assigned service requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties in areas such as heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and other general repairs, recommending replacement or repair as necessary. Ensure all work is completed professionally and cleanly. Ensure quality and timely completion of construction and repair projects. Provide ongoing input on property improvements for budget consideration. Participate in site meetings as needed. Maintain the attractive internal and external appearance of all buildings and grounds, including debris and weed removal, and reporting maintenance needs.
