Overview A Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician serves as a working supervisor responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team of mechanics to perform safe, efficient, and high-quality repairs on aircraft. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills, acting as the key interface between maintenance personnel and management.
