Responsibilities: - Perform basic monitoring of Oracle/Cloud Infrastructure systems and services . - Assist in analyzing and responding to system-related alerts . - Support ongoing tasks connected to basic IT server administration and Oracle database operations . - Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve technical issues. - Show willingness to take responsibility for specific areas, focusing particularly on Oracle and Cloud technologies . Qualifications: Skills Required: - Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). - Current student ( 2nd to 4th year ) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Foundational knowledge of IT server administration and Oracle Database . - Availability to work 30–40 hours per week . - Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to learning.
