Director of Tax (US) Wilmington Office and/or Remote with travel Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm CSC is a privately owned large S-company with offices in over 30 countries and a leading provider of business services. Following transformative acquisition in 2022, the group has been restructured and is establishing the tax framework. This position is responsible for the Company’s US tax, managing risk, value add, accounting and compliance. The successful candidate will work with the business providing commercial appropriate business solutions with cross functional projects, outside service providers on technical matters, and other tax professionals in carrying out his or her responsibilities. We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Tax (US) to join our tax team in our Wilmington Head Office and/or Remote.
