Asset Protection Lead - Full Time

Job description

The Asset Protection Lead supports the store in achieving shortage reduction and improved profitability. This role leads process improvement and ensures compliance of strategies, procedures, and policies. The Asset Protection Lead embodies the values of the Asset Protection Mission Statement by protecting the company’s profitability, serving as a change agent, and promoting a store culture of teamwork, collaboration, trust, and accountability. This is an hourly position. What you will do: - Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of key metrics. - Support proactive shortage reduction by identifying and preventing incidents of theft, fraud, and dishonesty. Maintain current knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure consistent store communication. - Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents in accordance with case procedures, company standards, and applicable laws.
