The University of Southern California (USC) department of Facilities Planning & Management (FPM) is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to join its team. The Work You Will Do: The Custodian Supervisor supervises staff and the daily operations and activities of the custodial department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, supervising and coordinating custodial projects and activities. The Custodian Supervisor trains custodial staff on Pay for Skills and is responsible for administrating the department’s budget. Furthermore, this role will provide leadership and guidance to ensure that high standards of quality, service and customer experience are maintained. Internal candidates must have successfully completed the custodial Pay for Skills program in full to be considered for this role. The Custodian Supervisor: Ensures that the quality of custodial services meets established guidelines by inspecting the work of custodial personnel and directing corrective measures to be taken when necessary to meet those guidelines.
