Master Builders is the peak industry association representing building and construction in Queensland since 1882. With over 10,000 members we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR/IR and Safety professional to join our team. As a senior leader in the business, you'll lead our Workplace Relations and Safety teams, leveraging your hands-on experience and deep understanding of the national and state workplace relations framework and state workplace health and safety laws. With our teams handling up to 6,000 member calls annually, your expertise as a subject matter expert will be key in shaping and driving our policy agenda within the evolving industrial landscape.
