Business Development Manager – Care Homes – (4-6 month) Fixed Term Contract Kent, South East (Multi-site role) - Remote working with frequent travel £50-55,000 + Travel Build relationships, Drive occupancy, Make a real impact. Greensleeves Care is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow occupancy across a cluster of care homes in Cambridgeshire. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where success is measured by increased enquiries, strong local partnerships, and filled beds. What will you do?: You’ll take ownership of lead generation activity, working closely with Home Managers and Family Liaison Managers to deliver sustained occupancy growth.
