Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of IPV programs, including working with those who experience, witness or cause harm. - Provide clinical supervision and leadership to ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based care and client centered care. - Oversee team performance, caseloads, and service delivery to ensure quality and equitable service - Guide risk assessment and safety planning for complex and high-risk cases. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and system partners. - Monitor program effectiveness and report outcomes, using data to assess impact and identify improvements. - Contribute to community engagement, public education and system level advocacy. - Represent JF&CS in agency-wide initiatives. - Perform other duties as assigned.
