Job description

Store Managers are responsible for ensuring that the highest level of customer service is being applied. Store Managers model AbleLight's mission, vision and values while effectively problem-solving, making informed decisions, managing the workforce and achieving maximum results. Requirements: Benefits: - Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience may be considered in lieu of education. - Minimum of 2 years retail management experience, including 1 year of leadership experience. - Must be proficient with MS Office Software. - Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record as defined by AbleLight. - Ability to oversee all the employees and volunteers effectively prioritizing multiple projects. - Effective use of people management, listening and problem-solving skills. - Leading the team vs immersing into the day-to-day workload losing sight of big picture. - Ability to assist the team in setting meaningful goals and identifying specific behaviors/steps for meeting them. - Ability to hold the team accountable around meeting performance goals. - Ability to work irregular hours as needed. - Ability to meet the physical demands of the position...
