Position Title: Assistant Director, Residence Life Department/School: Residence Life Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000.00 (Room and partial board included) - $75,000.00 (Room and partial board included) Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Residence Life, the Assistant Director develops area wide goals, staff training, assessment practices, policies and procedures, and coordinates/manages First Year placements with the Assistant Director of Operations. Direct supervision of professional staff in areas of facility management, student staff supervision, student development, parent communication, conduct issues, problem solving and programming. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a relevant field required with a minimum of three years progressive experience in student housing, residential life services, and supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills, computer skills and the ability to work in a team environment while handling a variety of administrative tasks are essential.
