Introduction The Actuator Tooling team at ASML develops solutions for manufacturing high‑precision actuators used in advanced lithography systems. The team continuously improves efficiency, repeatability, and safety in both development and manufacturing environments. In this internship, you will explore how collaborative robots can support actuator prototyping and production activities. Your work will help shape future automation concepts within ASML. This internship is based in Veldhoven. Your assignment: You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on the integration of collaborative robots in a high‑precision environment. The focus is on applying robotic assistance to real actuator design and manufacturing challenges. You will work hands‑on with concepts, experiments, and evaluations that support future industrial use.
