Job Description Summary The Sr. Mechanical Reliability Engineer plays a key role in implementing Reliability strategy at the Huntsville Site. This role reports to the Site Facilities Engineering Manager in a new PSM-covered plant and will facilitate RCM studies to develop and implement asset strategies to increase equipment availability and drive OEE improvement. The Sr. Mechanical Reliability Engineer will support production, maintenance, and capital projects while acting as a mentor and subject matter expert for Reliability processes. Practical knowledge of reliability processes (RCFA, FMEA, LCCA) and predictive technologies (ultrasound, vibration analysis, thermography).
