How you’ll make an impact: Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities; Assist in drafting and posting job openings across different channels; Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications; Help coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers; Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience; Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment documentation; Collaborate with team members on hiring priorities and open roles; Contribute to recruitment reports and general administrative tasks.
