Job description
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Administer and validate the Retail Banking scorecard on a recurring cadence (e.g., monthly/quarterly), ensuring metrics, rules, and payout calculations align to documented plan design. Oversee incentive plan integrity end-to-end, including: - Confirming credit posting occurs accurately and consistently. - Calidating tracking logic for metric attainment (e.g., thresholds, caps, accelerators, prorations). - Ensuring attribution rules (employee/branch/market) are applied correctly. - Perform independent reconciliations and reasonability checks across source systems, reporting layers, and scorecard outputs to ensure data completeness and accuracy. - Establish and maintain control checks (automated and manual) to identify anomalies such as unexpected spikes, missing credits, duplicate credits, late postings, and out-of-pattern performance changes. - Investigate and triage scorecard defects (logic, data mapping, timing, eligibility rules), documenting root cause, impact, and recommended correction. - Partner with the data team that built/maintains the scorecard to assess, test, and improve logic; contribute to requirements and validati...
