Company Description Our team at the Logistics Center in Robakowo near Poznan is constantly growing! Join us and be part of the change! Due to the intensive expansion of our structure, we are looking for ambitious candidates for the position of: DC FACILITY MANAGER You can be sure that with us you will not be bored! Job Description: - Ensure DC operations comply with standards and local regulations. - Maintain the DC facility and infrastructure in optimal condition. - Achieve DC goals and action plans. - Supervise new investments and projects. - Understand and manage contract and tender requirements. - Coordinate supervision of external contractors on-site. - Ensure external contractors fulfill obligations and agreements. - Maintain accurate technical documentation for DC installations and equipment. - Collaborate closely with the Security & Safety Manager to develop a unified approach to DC issues. - Initiate sustainable processes and review existing systems from a sustainability perspective. - Manage budgeting processes for Facility and MHE, working with the DC Manager. - Supervise training of subordinate employees in all relevant areas, including facili...
