Program and Logistics Coordinator Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (In-person): Salary: $55,000-$65,000 (Commensurate with experience): Lavner Education is seeking a detail-oriented Program and Logistics Coordinator to oversee inventory, supply chain execution, and on-site program support. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Supply Chain: - Implement inventory controls, perform regular audits, and establish reorder points. - Coordinate the packing, shipping, and receiving of all program materials to ensure accuracy and prevent loss. - Ensure material quality checks and proper documentation of inventory movement. - Execute the strategy developed by the leadership team and senior members to ensure excellent organization, preparation, and quality of the programs. Program Implementation and Support: - Provide on-site support to address logistical challenges that arise during the summer camp season. - Manage the transport of supplies, materials, and equipment to and from camp locations. - Travel to in-state and out-of-state locations as needed for on-site program support.
