Position Title: Dining Facility Attendant Location: Fort Benning, Georgia Position Overview: The Dining Facility Attendant supports daily food service operations at Fort Benning by assisting with meal service, sanitation, and customer support. This role ensures a clean, safe, and efficient dining environment in accordance with contractual requirements, food safety standards, and installation policies. Key Responsibilities: Meal Service Support: Assist with food line setup, serving, and breakdown during meal periods. Replenish food items and supplies as needed to support continuous service. Provide courteous and professional customer service to all patrons. Sanitation & Safety: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, serving lines, kitchen spaces, and equipment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including proper use of PPE. Support dishwashing, waste disposal, and cleaning schedules. Operational Assistance: Assist with receiving and stocking supplies. Support opening and closing procedures as directed by DFAC leadership.
